Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Store” means AWJAN Store at awjan.sa, owned by Awjan Information Technology Company. “Customer” means anyone purchasing a service or product.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Tabby and Tamara instalments are subject to those providers' terms.

3. Service delivery

Delivery time starts when the customer's complete brief is received. Delays caused by missing access or content are not our responsibility.

4. Revisions

The price includes the number of revisions stated on the service page within the same scope. Out-of-scope additions are priced separately.

5. Ads services

Ad service prices cover setup and management fees only; ad spend is paid to the platforms directly. We do not guarantee specific sales results.

6. Digital products

Digital products are delivered by download link immediately after payment, for the customer's own business use only, and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Intellectual property

Ownership of delivered work passes to the customer after full payment. AWJAN may show the work in its portfolio unless the customer objects in writing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law.
